Cornish Flapjack Shack
Our journey began in 2016 when we decided to put our flapjack skills to work. We trialled different flavour combinations and slight recipe tweaks in order to create the perfect flapjacks. In 2018 we made the decision to move to Launceston, Cornwall and decided that it was the perfect place to launch the Cornish Flapjack Shack. We are a family business and it is all hands on deck, you will even find our 2 young flapjackers at markets and events, helping out.
We officially started the Cornish Flapjack Shack in 2019 and have gone from strength to strength since. In recent months we have made the move to Helston where we continue to grow our customer base and meet lots of new customers. In the last year we have opened a Beach Hut in Porthleven and a shop in Helston.
